We Are The World: 11.11.11 Theme Song

May we all radiate love...

This morning I woke up around 4:00am. I’m sure there were many other people who were awake around that time too. I spent the time meditating, setting positive intentions and sending love balls to different parts of the world. The special date 11.11.11 sets a new integrity to our lives, if we allow it. This can be the start of a postitive upswing in our lives. Manifestation comes much quicker now, so be sure of your thoughts, keep present in the knowledge of what is being directed through your mind. Make sure they are intentional thoughts, brought by you, instead of random thoughts that Ego has directed from abstract areas.

As I was awake and open early today, a very familiar song kept running through my mind. We Are The World, originally written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie 25 years ago, is still playing through the ethers.

There comes a time
When we hear a certain call
When the world must come together as one

Best wishes to you, blessings on your path. As we all become closer to each other through spirit energy, I will greet you with love…M

Mayan Elders and Thirteen Crystal Skulls Ceremony: Our Experience

There is a procession of Mayan Elders and the original thirteen crystal skulls that are making their way across the United States. (The crystal skulls are ancient relics said to contain information about the history of our planet and the future of mankind.) They have been stopping at Native sacred sites performing ceremony in connection with the 11:11 shifts of our Earth energies. The travels and commemorations are leading up to a conference in Los Angeles on November 11, 2011.

This is the prelude to the purported changes associated with December 21, 2012, which is a major marker in the Mayan calendar. This next year there will also be several ceremonies and presentations honoring the changes in different parts of the world. But right now, the focus is on America. (You can find details about, and the schedule for the procession and ceremonies by going to http://www.cosmicmysteries.com, and also reading a wonderful article by Cal Garrison at http://www.spiritofmaat.com/oct1/crystal_skull_pilgramage.html)

My husband, Charles, and I live in Ohio, only about an hour’s drive from the Serpent Mound (which was the second stop on the Mayan Elders’ trip October 29). But we had already planned a trip just west of St. Louis to visit family, and we were leaving the same day as the ceremony at Serpent Mound. We were able to arrange our trip home so that we could stop at the Cahokia Mounds in Collinsville, Illinois on Monday, October 31, which was the third stop on the procession.

Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site & World Heritage Site, 30 Ramey Street, Collinsville, Il (http://www.cahokiamounds.org). Cahokia Mounds was the center of the Mississippian culture from about A. D. 900 up to 1350 and was the largest prehistoric city north of Mexico.  At its peak, Cahokia occupied nearly six square miles and had a population of about 20,000 and 120 mounds.

There was no fanfare announcing this trek across the American land, to bring the ascension into its time, only internet newsletters and word of mouth getting the information out to those who were interested. On Monday, there was a steady stream of people who found out the news about the ceremony one way or the other. At 9:30am we got to the parking lot east of Monk’s Mound where the ceremony was to take place (at 11:11am). Monk’s Mound is the largest mound I’ve ever seen, with well over 100 steps, divided into two layers to ascend to the top plateau.  Illinois license plates were the only cars we saw to start with. Some people were already gathering.

The only instructions we knew were that those who wanted to participate in the ceremony should gather at the parking lot around 10:30am to make it to the top of the mound by 11:11am. Given the distance involved, we decided to just sit in the car and watch from afar. We wanted to be there but not necessarily in the ceremony. So we were going to send out energy for blessings of the event.

Slowly but surely, people of all descriptions started to come together. Five women with drums and a guitar moved on up to the mound, then individuals, groups of 3-4 with blankets, couples with backpacks and other folks with walking sticks, all started to merge onto the trail. Many familiar faces, belonging to those we have never met in the physical. It was a gathering of people of one mind – bringing love into the new era – with open hearts.

I was very excited about Mayan elders gathering in one place. It seemed like the only thing I was focused on. When suddenly I realized: all 13 crystal skulls would also be gathered here as well. I don’t know if all 13 skulls have ever been brought together at the same place before. This was
surely a momentous event! The energy started to rise and I could feel the significance of this event. My emotions at this point were very unstable and tears began to flow as I felt the energies.

It was close to 10:30 am and none of the elders were in the parking lot or near the mound. By this time, license plates from Ohio, Missouri, Utah, and Wyoming were in the lot. I expected to see several buses or vans caravan into the area. But nothing was going as planned. Charles and I began to figure different scenarios as to why they were not there yet. One thought was, “maybe they are already up there”… “maybe they went up another side”… “maybe the buses let them off at the steps…” Of course, conjecture seldom is correct.

By 10:50am, most of the people had made their way to the top of the mound. But no one really knew what was happening. It was just spontaneous. The majority of the 90 people I had counted were on top of the mound. We kept looking around, still expecting buses to come to the parking area.

At about 11:15am, I was busy looking in another direction when Charles said, “Look!”

I turned around, trying to see something. But nothing caught my eye. “Look up at the mound: it is pulsating!”

I looked up and softened my vision, the same way I was taught to see auras. Sure enough, there was a glow over the full mound. There was a glowing aura, pulsating energy, sparks and lights flashing. Charles was fixated on the glow covering the whole plateau and even along the sides of the mound. My attention was directed just above that area, more towards the sky above it. There was movement in the sky, and undistinguishable objects appearing and disappearing in the upper-sky area that seemed to be other-dimensional. It looked like multi-dimensions were wafting back and forth, in and out.

I’m sure there was a ceremony going on somewhere – directed and focused – but unknown to us who were at Monk’s Mound. There was a
definite transition, a vibrational shift over the entire mound. The elders must have been performing a ceremony remotely, in preparation for the event later that day, at the mound.

After a while, a few people who were on the mound had walked down. They headed towards their cars. Charles asked if they had seen the crystal skulls up there. They said that nothing had taken place, and someone had heard a rumor that the ceremony wasn’t going to happen until 1:00pm.

It was already going on 12pm, noon. Our schedule was tightening and our allotted time at the mound was coming to an end. We needed to be on the road home soon.

We had seen and experienced more than we could have if we had been on top of the mound. We were satisfied that we had witnessed an amazing event. Happily, we set off for Interstate 70 heading east.

Whatever went on later that afternoon, we do not know. If anyone reading this blog was there, please leave a note below and let us know about the ceremony that afternoon.

Feel free to share your experiences here as a response to this post! Thanks.
